A Welcome Reception followed by tender music of University’s Pop Vocal Group will take place in the Conference Venue – Mykolas Romeris University (Ateities str. 20). This is perfect time to meet old colleagues, make new contacts and have a nice time together.

GALA DINNER
Friday, June 25th 19:30
The Gala Dinner will take place in the Reval Hotel Lietuva, (Konstitucijos Ave 20), situated on the right bank of the river Neris, in the center of Vilnius. Luscious food and refreshing drinks will set everyone for a pleasant evening followed by the performance of Mykolas Romeris University Jazz band.

CLOSING DINNER WITH CULTURAL EVENT
Saturday, June 26th 20:00
Closing Dinner will take place in Trakai Castle, 20km from Vilnius. The castles of Trakai are the best known works of defensive architecture in Lithuania. The construction of the stone Trakai castle was begun in the 14th century. Trakai was one of the main centers of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the castle held great strategic importance.
National food, Lithuanian traditions celebrating Feast of St. John, games according to the custom as well as traditional folklore music and dances accomplished between others by folklore group of Mykolas Romeris University will leave you unforgettable impression and give the opportunity to discover Lithuanian customs.
IMPORTANT! The event will take place outside. Please wear comfortable shoes and take a jacket as the evenings in summer sometimes can be cool.
